Imported from Spain, Pata Negra's Acorn-Fed Iberian Pork Loin is one of the best in quality one can find in the American market. Made with the finest pork products, Black Iberian Ham, Pata Negra’s Iberian Pork Loin is sure to delight the senses. The acorns and cereals that the Black Iberian pigs feed on directly influence the quality and taste of the Iberian Pork Loin.
This Iberian Pork Loin is a dry-cured meat made from pork tenderloin. It is a reddish brown color with white marbling. Leaner, by comparison to the Spanish sausage and Salami, Iberian Pork Loin is low in calories due to the removal of any visible fat by the cure-master. The Iberian Pork Loin has a smooth texture and is flavor packed with undertones of paprika and smokiness. High in quality, this pork loin has a persistent flavor due to it being carefully dried for two months. Seasoned with salt, garlic, smoked paprika and other spices, the Iberian Pork Loin differs from the Iberian Sausage and Salami in that it is a whole pork loin. It is solid meat with absolutely no fillers. Enjoyed on its own, on a cracker with Manchego Cheese or in a sandwich, Pata Negra’s Acorn-Fed Iberian Pork Loin will leave you wanting more.
