Spanish-born, Executive Chef and Master Delicatessen, Felipe Perez, has lived most of his life in the kitchen.
Capturing the different regional flavors and mastering the techniques that characterize traditional Spanish gastronomy were tasks that have been delivered with passion, on both sides of the Atlantic.
Here in Miami, Felipe has been Cofounder and Executive Chef at restaurants such as Casa Juancho, Cervantes and Las Cuevas de Sacromonte, to name a few, helping to mark an era in the local culinary scene. In all of them and as homage to the great Spanish chefs with whom he learned, Felipe has always remained true to his exquisite culinary vision.
In his latest venture " Jamón Ibérico Pata Negra ", Felipe has created a magical and lively atmosphere, where guests are enticed to savor his delectable adaptations of traditional, Spanish cuisine. He personally makes sure to entertain each of his guests, transmitting, with his charisma, that deep feeling of hospitality that he brings with him from his beloved Spain.
