Unlike Spanish sausage, which uses paprika to add flavor and color, this Iberian Salami is a rosy color with white spots, leaner, by comparison to Spanish sausage, and has a more intense flavor, not spicy whatsoever. Seasoned with salt, garlic and other spices, the Iberian Salami is cured for an average of 12 months.
